Company’s plan targets 5 billion USD by 2030, expanding beyond. Additionally, they aim to develop a top-tier hospitality sector, upgrading owned assets accordingly.

2017

Pomec

A new division focusing on "industrial environment service" was established, securing a Dubai government project the same year. This unit includes about 50 certified environmental consultants. Their strategy involves crafting proposals after assessing large industrial zones to ensure harmony with society and the environment. POMEC provides services that satisfy rigorous environmental standards while meeting the needs of users, society, and the nation.

AI & IoT

Muraqib embraced the challenge of future technology, focusing on "Artificial Intelligence" (AI & IoT) to simplify complexities in a cost-effective and timely manner. The company collaborated with IVS SOFTWARE INTL PTE LTD, a Korean company.

2018

Zahrani Group ventured into telecom, partnering with Saudi's STC for Hajj & Umrah services. The group manage 150 service points across Jeddah, Makkah, and Madinah, also expanding to FTTH, postpaid, and corporate sectors. Mid-2018, the group partnered with Zain KSA for international marketing and services.

2019

Wellington Island Gate

Successfully granted a prime project of Kerala in Cochin Wellington Island which will develop hospitality commercial, water theme and adventure park with high technologies which is aiming to become the biggest such high technology park within the region.

Rose Lounge

A multi conventional center having a capacity to serve 1300 guests at a time which is largest in the Malappuram District of Kerala.

The Premium Residency of Saudi Arabia
